What this site is
DataDealRoom provides information, tools and data. Figures are researched, sourced inline, and dated; tools show their assumptions. The cells on paying the seller and on the data quote a buyer's, broker's or data room's own page, and the exclusivity cell is our reading of its words; none pays to appear here, and nothing here is legal advice. The seller pays our published fee: 12.5% of a deal we close as its exclusive agent, with a minimum, or about 10% when its data goes into a bundle or the pool, set in writing before any buyer sees a file; a fee a buyer pays us is credited to the seller. Any agreement for a deal is signed and invoiced by a company under the same ownership as ET Labs Ltd, which is named in that agreement.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act. Results are estimates from the stated assumptions; confirm anything that matters with a qualified, authorised professional before acting. Where we introduce you to a provider, we act as an introducer only: we do not advise on, arrange, or recommend between providers, and we never handle client money.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep every figure current (each table shows its last-updated date) but make no warranty that content is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ET Labs Ltd accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site. Links to external sites are provided for sourcing; we are not responsible for their content.
Embedding and citation
You may cite this site's data with attribution (a link to the page cited) and may use the embeddable widget where offered, unmodified. Scraping that removes attribution, or republishing tables wholesale without a link, is not permitted.
